All Avera One memberships are backed by a 14-day cancellation policy. If you cancel your membership within the first fourteen days, you will receive a full refund of any membership activation fees, provided no marketplace purchases or gold rewards have been active.
Precious metals (including physical gold bars, gold coins, and designer gold jewelry) are subject to global commodity market pricing fluctuations. Once gold is redeemed, shipped, or liquidated, all transactions are final and non-refundable.
Fractional villa property deeds and charger infrastructure equity certificates represent real physical asset bindings. Buying fractional pools is final, and any subsequent trade or disposal must be handled directly via our internal secondary trade market.
